TL;DR

Corporate Actions Business Analyst (Fintech): Implementing and optimizing a strategic SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing application for financial organizations with an accent on user testing management, data integration, and migration support. Focus on driving client onboarding, defining product configurations, and ensuring successful project implementations into BAU within the Asset Servicing lifecycle.

Location: Remote, must be based in Canada

Salary: $60-65 CAD/hr

What you will do

• Manage user testing, track issues, and report accurate progress for client implementations.
• Conduct client training sessions, including material preparation and hands-on product demonstrations.
• Define upstream/downstream data integration mapping and suitable product configurations.
• Support conversion strategy definition and execution, assisting with mock conversions and final go-live.
• Participate in production reconciliation work, comparing legacy output to hirify.global's solution.
• Support the Implementation Manager in completing checklist activities for project transition to BAU.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant on SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.
• Strong background with Asset Servicing platforms in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other financial environments.
• Client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and defend hirify.global’s position.
• Experience with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and Governance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including the use of SQL and Excel.
• Subject matter expertise in all areas of Asset Servicing, including Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Corporate Actions.

Nice to have

• Product knowledge covering Equities and Fixed Income.
• Previous experience at hirify.global or with hirify.global products such as Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss, or ICS’ Notifications.
• Reconciliations experience, ideally with hirify.global’s Data Control.
• Experience of working in an agile environment with JIRA.
