What you will do

• Influence strategic decision-making by collaborating and building consensus across product, GTM, research, and engineering leaders.
• Optimize pricing and packaging to ensure offerings are attractive and profitable.
• Build financial models and analyses to evaluate new and existing opportunities.
• Contribute to corporate development activities including fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and M&A.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of top-tier investment banking or investing experience with a focus on software, technology, or digital infrastructure.
• OR 2-3 years of top-tier consulting experience with a focus on software or technology.
• Some technical background (e.g., CS, EE, Applied Math, or related undergraduate degree, software engineering internships).
• Clear communicator with a high-ownership mentality and bias to action.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely from or near one of the office locations: New York, San Francisco, Toronto, London, or Paris.
