TL;DR

Salesforce Administrator (ERP): Building and scaling a CRM system for future growth and AI enablement with an accent on managing day-to-day administration, building objects, flows, and automations, and partnering with commercial operations. Focus on understanding problem statements, mocking up solutions, and performing data analytics and visualization using SFDC, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage Salesforce platform day-to-day, including onboarding, off-boarding, and regular audits.
  • Build objects, flows, and automations within Salesforce.
  • Partner with commercial operations, sales enablement, ERP, and order management to understand requirements and build solutions within CRM.
  • Partner with data-lake to ensure proper storage of Salesforce data in Snowflake.
  • Run analytics on Salesforce data to support the commercial organization.
  • Build dashboards within Salesforce or other visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Salesforce as an administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin highly preferred.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and analytical skills, including automation, complex formulas, and macros.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau preferred for visualization.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex logic or compensation structures to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI tools like Gemini Pro or ChatGPT.
