Functional Consultant

Functional Consultant: Advising global customers on process improvements and operational efficiency within the hirify.global suite of products with an accent on workflow automation, best practices, and system configuration. Focus on analyzing customer data, optimizing spend management processes, and driving value realization from AI-powered solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Tunis

What you will do

• Support customers in process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Advise customers on best-practice processes and system configuration within the hirify.global suite.
• Inform customers about new features and their positive business impact.
• Support customers during testing phases and go-live of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with peers across the global Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Prior experience with cloud-based / SaaS IT systems.
• Experience in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and/or Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong structured working approach with solid communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.
• Previous experience working as a consultant or within accounting/finance-related roles.
• Proven experience working directly with customers, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide guidance on business processes.
• Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV / Business Central, or Infor M3.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
