What you will do

• Support the post-trade processing of all trading activity, ensuring trades hydrate internal systems and are delivered to external partners.
• Collaborate with prime and executing brokers to resolve trade settlement breaks, aiming for efficient operational procedures and risk reduction.
• Work with the Middle Office team on creating and improving organized and centralized databases for data integrity.
• Gain exposure to various business departments, asset types, and data communication with sell-side counterparties.
• Contribute to achieving a scalable infrastructure with high data completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Interest in gaining Operations experience at a hedge fund.
• Basic understanding of capital markets, investing, and hedge fund strategies.
• A keen analytical eye with high regard for attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or another programming language.
• Prior experience using reporting or analytics tools with data aggregation.
