What you will do

• Create, process, and maintain IT Workday requisitions for software, services, and renewals.
• Validate vendor quotes and contract details for accuracy and budget alignment.
• Monitor requisition status and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and approvers.
• Assist in documenting and implementing process efficiency ideas.
• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly IT vendor forecasts, identifying variances.
• Track multi-year commitments, renewals, and financial milestones for budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance, IT operations, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or financial tools.
• Experience with Workday or a similar ERP system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment (NO C2C).

Nice to have

• Technology vendor management experience.
• Understanding of SOWs, contract structures, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of vendor governance and performance metrics.
• Exposure to vendor governance activities, including QBR preparation and vendor performance tracking.
