What you will do

  • Facilitate vendor and customer transactions, including documentation support and retaining records.
  • Manage customer and vendor contract databases.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Ensure existing organizational policies, processes, playbooks, and guidelines are effectively documented and accessible, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support day-to-day legal department operations, including drafting communications and summarizing legal developments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience in a contract administrator, paralegal, or legal assistant role.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Advanced professional English proficiency, both written and spoken (legal or professional working English, not conversational level).
  • Experience with enterprise-grade applications such as CRM and CLM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional university degree.
  • A strong sense of prioritization, high attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a CMS.
  • Experience working in-house at a software company.
