What you will do
- Facilitate vendor and customer transactions, including documentation support and retaining records.
- Manage customer and vendor contract databases.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
- Ensure existing organizational policies, processes, playbooks, and guidelines are effectively documented and accessible, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support day-to-day legal department operations, including drafting communications and summarizing legal developments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior experience in a contract administrator, paralegal, or legal assistant role.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Advanced professional English proficiency, both written and spoken (legal or professional working English, not conversational level).
- Experience with enterprise-grade applications such as CRM and CLM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional university degree.
- A strong sense of prioritization, high attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.

- Experience with a CMS.
