We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations and Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in logistics, operations, or project coordination. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, is highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision. Experience with U.S.-based companies is preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Airtable, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, or similar tools is desirable. A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Applicants should have access to a stable high-speed internet connection and a professional work environment. Preferable experience includes construction, modular housing, or manufacturing logistics, as well as managing contractors or installers and process-improvement initiatives.
