What you will do

• Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
• Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with brand and community teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to showcase the Dead by Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, and fan meetups.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure consistent messaging and lore integration across all event touchpoints.
• Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives and deliver post-mortem reports.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with live in-person events.
• Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and negotiation abilities.
