Salary: $120,000–$280,000 plus equity

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end Growth UX for subscription products and monetization features across web, mobile, and cross-platform.
  • Conduct targeted user research focused on subscription decision points and translate insights into high-impact design decisions.
  • Create subscription-specific deliverables including user personas, journey maps, and growth funnels.
  • Design and prototype high-conversion flows for discovery, checkout, account management, and retention.
  • Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to define requirements, constraints, and experiment roadmaps.
  • Measure and iteratively improve design impact using qualitative feedback and core growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong emphasis on growth UX, subscription products, SaaS monetization, or consumer subscription apps.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped subscription/growth features with quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Mastery of modern UX tools, primarily Figma, and familiarity with advanced prototyping tools.
  • Solid command of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, accessibility (WCAG), and growth-design best practices.
  • Proven experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative + quantitative research, including funnel analysis and A/B test interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and defend designs using data and growth narratives.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience designing subscription experiences for consumer products.
  • Track record of optimizing pricing pages, checkout flows, or churn-prevention sequences with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth metric frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience contributing to design systems and reusable subscription component libraries.
  • Previous exposure to front-end development basics (HTML/CSS, responsive behavior, design tokens).
