Salary: $208,000 – $338,500

What you will do

• Define the future of traveler engagement with conversational and agentic AI systems.
• Translate complex AI strategies into high-impact visual stories and interactive prototypes.
• Evolve the core design system to support AI-native patterns and multimodal interactions.
• Lead through hands-on making, applying exceptional UI and visual design craft.
• Collaborate with research and data teams to ground AI interactions in user intent and behavioral patterns.
• Champion inclusive, responsible AI design principles to ensure fairness and system transparency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of modern digital product interfaces and visual craft.
• Expertise in UI pattern definition and building scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping and motion fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of AI/conversational design tools and methods, including LLM interaction.
• Must have existing work authorization for the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing agentic or mixed-initiative user interactions.
• Background in cognitive science or human-computer interaction.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-disciplinary product strategy.
