What you will do

• Own complex product areas from discovery through delivery, iteration, and measurement of outcomes.
• Design scalable patterns, workflows, and components for a cohesive user experience across products.
• Identify, research, and drive strategic initiatives grounded in data, insights, and business goals.
• Conduct lightweight and in-depth research (discovery interviews, usability testing, concept validation) and translate insights into clear flows, information architecture, and polished UI.
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, clinical, and go-to-market partners.
• Lead through influence by facilitating workshops, design reviews, and critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for complex web or SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a modern UI aesthetic and in-depth ownership of complex workflows.
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methods and using insights to shape product direction.
• High organization and attention to detail, with experience in creating clear documentation and specs.
• Ability to work efficiently and autonomously, balancing discovery, exploration, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, articulating problems, rationale, and impact.
