What you will do

• Design intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interface designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and technical leads to understand user needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from usability testing to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency across platforms by adhering to Enterprise UI/UX standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Demonstrated experience implementing design thinking principles and ability to create personas and user journeys.
• Familiarity with frontend web development languages like Angular and ReactJS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with UI/UX for the oil and gas, or process, industries.

• Hands on experience with AI use cases.
