Senior Channel Solution Architect (Cybersecurity): Supporting National Resellers by educating them on hirify.global’s AI-native security platform and enabling partners to drive business growth with an accent on technical enablement, sales training, and overcoming deal cycle obstacles. Focus on ensuring partners effectively identify leads, qualify opportunities, and utilize technology integrations for additional growth paths within the cybersecurity domain.

Location: Remote, United States (Western Region, California). This role is open to all U.S. candidates.

Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Alliances teams and Partners on sales and technical enablement for mutual business growth.
• Train and educate partner SE and Sales staff on hirify.global solutions and integrations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets in conjunction with the Alliances team.
• Act as a liaison between partners and hirify.global Sales/SE teams to overcome obstacles and assist with deal cycles.
• Consult with partners on effective testing and POC/POV methodologies relevant to modern attack techniques.
• Develop, adapt, and deliver content for partner joint marketing plan activities and identify opportunities for partner-led professional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience generating net new business through Channel Partners or National Resellers.
• Experience in endpoint and/or network security solutions (AV, EDR, SIEM, firewall).
• Technical understanding of IT technologies: network infrastructure, cloud/SaaS, APIs, Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex security problems.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Industry certifications (CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS).
