Location: Hybrid, based in the United States (West Region preferred, specifically California). Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (25-40%) is required.

Salary: $153,412.00 - $207,106.00

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions to define data strategy and identify high-value AI automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI agent solutions within hirify.global’s platform, demonstrating immediate value.
• Architect tailored deployment paths, balancing configuration-first quick wins with scalable custom solutions.
• Own end-to-end deployment of configuration-first solutions, configuring core application capabilities and agentic behaviors.
• Integrate new workflows into client daily operations, ensuring adoption and stickiness.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to present the "value delivered" and champion deeper client maturity.

Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting (strategy, operations, tech) or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Proven technical fluency with data (SQL essential), Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Executive presence and superior communication skills for C-level interactions.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Relentless problem solver, able to synthesize ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of agentic patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management (preferred).
