Location: Remote from Canada or the United States (East Coast preferred). Applicants must have work authorization for Canada or the United States, as hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary: $150.4K – $188K (US Salary Range)

What you will do

• Deliver high customer satisfaction through technical engagement and sharing best practices for hirify.global product adoption.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to ensure customer success with hirify.global.
• Present and discuss application development topics using hirify.global solutions with developers and technical executives.
• Advocate for product enhancements with Engineering & Product Management based on customer challenges.
• Create technical content like presentations, white papers, and architectural diagrams.
• Guide customers to sustainable, scalable hirify.global environments using best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
• Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams (support, product, engineering) to improve customer experience.
• Experience developing application code and understanding developer challenges.
• Proficiency with virtualization and cloud services (VMWare, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD, configuration management, serverless).
• Experience with hirify.global and the container ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• English: B2 required.
