Senior Recruiter (HR Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles, partnering with hiring managers to support the company’s growth with an accent on building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience. Focus on proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and improving recruitment processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support to one of our hubs — Serbia, Cyprus, Georgia — with assistance for the employee and their family

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: from intake meetings and sourcing to offer and closing.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of vacancies across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinating the selection process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for different types of roles (IT and non-IT).
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for work in an international team.
