Crm Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Crm Executive (Fintech): Responsible for building customer activation, engagement, and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing with an accent on developing and managing multi-channel, segmented customer lifecycle campaigns. Focus on optimizing CRM audiences, improving email relevancy through segmentation and targeting, and executing A/B and multivariate testing.

What you will do

• Execute email and push communications effectively and on time.
• Update the CRM email calendar, matching communications with KPIs.
• Launch new CRM campaigns, collaborating with BI, Data Science, and Creative teams.
• Plan and execute activities for optimizing CRM audiences.
• Build and deploy automated behavior-based workflow automations through Braze.
• Manage the CRM briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all BAU email and push notifications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a technical CRM role.
• Previous experience with Braze or similar omni channel engagement technology.
• Experience in creating personalised user journeys and lifecycle automations.
• Proven ability of structured communication in English, additional language(s) is a bonus
• Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers, and logic building
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of the financial trading sectors (FX and CFD) or Gaming is highly desirable.
• Experience in HTML and liquid logic is a bonus.
• Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation highly desirable
