What you will do
- Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.
- Translate briefs into multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, and onsite) and build automated journeys in platforms such as Optimove and Dotdigital.
- Set up and manage segmentation, triggers, scheduling, personalization, and dynamic content.
- Produce high-quality CRM assets and channel-specific copy, coordinating creative delivery with design/content teams.
- Own campaign testing, QA, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Deliver performance reporting against KPIs, sharing insights and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Proven experience using a CRM system for at least 12 months (e.g., Optimove, Dotdigital, Neolane, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Salesforce).
