Location: Remote, must be based in Cyprus

The start-up is building a next-generation AI companion platform focused on creating natural, adaptive, and emotionally engaging digital interactions.

What you will do

  • Identify customer segments and execute multi-channel campaigns based on behavior and preferences.
  • Integrate necessary data for task solving and analyze CDP/CRM data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance experience and prevent churn.
  • Coordinate with product, tech, and marketing teams to improve user communications and align on retention goals.
  • Develop and execute complex retention strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Research and apply best practices for sender reputation management, including warm-up strategies and delivery improvement A/B tests.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation administration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing trends, challenges, and capabilities.
  • Ability to define, interpret, and manage customer behavior patterns.
  • Deep understanding of emerging CRM technologies and best practices.
  • English: Intermediate required.

Nice to have

  • Russian: Spoken Russian is a plus (not native required).
