TL;DR

CRM Campaigns Analyst (Fintech): Building and deploying email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using Customer.io, with an accent on data analysis and audience segmentation. Focus on A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and collaboration with other teams for customer updates.

Location: Hybrid role based 3 days a week in our Cardiff office.

What you will do

  • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using Customer.io.
  • Analyse and use customer data to build and refine audience segments for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics.
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Credit teams to gather information for customer updates.
  • Maintain a content calendar for customer communications to ensure a coordinated approach.

Requirements

  • Around 1–2 years of commercial experience in email marketing, CRM, growth, or a related role.
  • A data-driven mindset i.e. enjoys working with data to understand performance and customer behaviour.
  • Experience analysing data or campaign performance (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI tools, CRM reporting), or a strong desire to build these skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading
  • Experience with any CRM or email marketing platform is a big plus (e.g Customer.io, Braze, Hubspot), but a proactive willingness to learn is essential.

  • 30m initial interview with Talent Partner.
  • 45m interview with Marketing & Communications Senior Manager - technical questions and CV walk through.
  • Take Home Task, followed by 1hour final stage interview with Marketing & Communications Senior Manager and CCO.
