Location: Hybrid (Montreal, Quebec, Canada). Office attendance required 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Conduct kick-off calls to outline processes and manage customer expectations for onboarding.
• Ensure customer training is completed throughout the onboarding process.
• Schedule internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as hardware installation and billing setup.
• Communicate with customers on implementation status and send training reminders.
• Manage a segment of customers through their onboarding journey.
• Maintain consistent, timely updates to customer records in CRM and web-based tools.
• Manage the timeframe for customers to transition from sales close to system usage.
• Ensure great customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

• Experience in the Golf Industry or as an avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• English: C1+ (fluent verbal and written communication required).
• Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and able to work 3 days a week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with the retail or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in French (verbal and written).
• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or ChurnZero.
