Implementation Consultant (Golf)

TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (Golf): Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process from start to finish with an accent on customer training, resource scheduling, and managing customer expectations. Focus on ensuring successful system adoption and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings within the golf industry.
Location: Hybrid (Montreal, Quebec, Canada). Office attendance required 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Conduct kick-off calls to outline processes and manage customer expectations for onboarding.
- Ensure customer training is completed throughout the onboarding process.
- Schedule internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as hardware installation and billing setup.
- Communicate with customers on implementation status and send training reminders.
- Manage a segment of customers through their onboarding journey.
- Maintain consistent, timely updates to customer records in CRM and web-based tools.
- Manage the timeframe for customers to transition from sales close to system usage.
- Ensure great customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
- Experience in the Golf Industry or as an avid golfer.
- Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication.
- Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
- English: C1+ (fluent verbal and written communication required).
- Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and able to work 3 days a week in the office.
Nice to have
- Experience with the retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in French (verbal and written).
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or ChurnZero.
