• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager role, leading software development teams.
• Strong background in software development principles and practices.
• Experience with enterprise-scale software platforms and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and success through engineering initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 required
