What you will do

• Serve as a hands-on technical lead and manager for a small team of approximately 5 engineers (60-70% individual contribution, 30-40% leadership).
• Be responsible for team output, including velocity and quality.
• Manage day-to-day team operations, task prioritization, and performance reviews.
• Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders (customers, product managers, internal management).
• Provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Perform general project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Requirements

• ~10 years of experience in software engineering, designing and developing enterprise-grade applications and SaaS platforms.
• ~3 years in a technical lead role with demonstrable accomplishments.
• Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript; Go is preferred.
• Strong software architecture, design, and implementation experience.
• Experience designing and developing microservices in a highly scalable environment.
• Experience in planning, estimation, and execution in agile environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
