What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop two high-performing engineering teams fostering innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to define engineering roadmap and priorities.
• Drive project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Provide technical guidance and act as advisor on complex problems and technical decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Manizales, Colombia with hybrid work format.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• 5+ years engineering experience with 2+ years in management or leadership roles.
• Proficiency in .Net development stack and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
