What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, and Development teams to define and implement solutions.
- Manage 1-2 development teams, including 1:1s, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate the team through agile practices such as scrum, planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct capacity planning and balance tech debt with product roadmap initiatives.
- Support and improve the development process within the team.
- Provide career development and support for your team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
- 2+ years of leadership experience within a software development team.
- Experience with Agile software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive culture and manage competing priorities.
- Work from Canada is ideal.
