What you will do

• Act as the primary technical bridge between Investment Professionals and the IT function.
• Develop and maintain tactical tools using Python (Pandas/NumPy) and web frameworks.
• Implement low-code/no-code solutions via Microsoft Power Platform to streamline operations.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including Git-based version control and secure deployment.
• Collaborate directly with C-level executives to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Manage data storage and manipulation using SQL Server and other database technologies.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Flask/Django).
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong VBA skills for advanced Excel automation.
• Advanced Git knowledge (branching, merging) and experience with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in SQL (specifically MS SQL Server) for complex data manipulation.
• Experience in C-level stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of code review workflows and secure financial deployments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data structures for investment platforms: Allvue (OMS), Geneva (Fund Accounting), or WSO (Loan Accounting).
