What you will do

• Be the primary technical partner and own strategic relationships for 10–20 key accounts, driving product adoption.
• Lead customers through production readiness, offering architectural guidance for LLM systems (agents, RAG, evals).
• Build prototypes, reference implementations, and demos to unblock customers and create reusable templates.
• Lead technical escalations, coordinating root-cause analysis and proactive issue resolution.
• Aggregate customer feedback to influence product development, documentation, and GTM enablement.

Requirements

• Senior experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to debug integrations, understand distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in applied AI / AI engineering, building or enabling LLM applications.
• Excellent communication skills for leading technical meetings, driving decisions, and writing effective documentation.
• High ownership, shipping artifacts and creating repeatable systems rather than one-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience with devtools / OSS ecosystems and developer-centric GTM.
• Familiarity with observability concepts, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Track record of technical writing or enablement.
