What you will do

• Lead and manage a vast array of projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, deadlines, and adherence to studio processes.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workflows, identifying necessary talent and resources for success.
• Serve as a key liaison among client service, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client briefs and company standards.
• Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks, providing strategic solutions.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior project management staff, leading by example and encouraging professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Graphic Management Services, or a related field.
• Significant and proven experience in project management within a design agency or similar environment, with a strong emphasis on brand and pack projects.
• Proficient understanding of brand and packaging design requirements, including print-production basic knowledge (e.g., Flexo, Litho, Gravure).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
