What you will do

• Lead projects for launching and maintaining operations in regulated markets, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Deliver complex, cross-functional projects including transformation programmes, platform migrations, and people initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Own project budgeting and financial planning, including resource forecasting and vendor negotiations.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and programme teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in regulated environments, ideally within sports betting, gaming, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory delivery in multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in delivering transformation, people, and technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leadership.
• Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Ability to establish practices, templates, and tools to mature organisational capabilities.
