What you will do

• Lead strategic and regulatory projects within sports betting for regulated markets.
• Ensure project deliverables meet jurisdictional compliance requirements.
• Deliver complex cross-functional projects including transformation and people initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and lead steering committees.
• Manage project budgeting, financial planning, and resource forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in regulated environments (sports betting, gaming, or fintech).
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory delivery in multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in delivering transformation, people, and technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with senior leadership experience.
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Full project life cycle ownership for major and concurrent initiatives.
