TL;DR

Project Manager: Managing digital projects from initiation to business-as-usual, with an accent on project lifecycle, risk monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Focus on driving technical and business change across an omnichannel programme and evolving ways of working.

Location: Must be able to attend Head Office in Greater Manchester, UK in a hybrid way. This is not a fully remote role.

What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation through to handover to BAU, following PMO governance processes.
• Lead the creation of project documentation and define clear, measurable objectives leveraging data.
• Drive project completion, overseeing inputs from internal stakeholders and third parties.
• Contribute to projects within an Omnichannel programme, delivering value across the business.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate project risks and communicate clearly across all business levels.
• Deliver technical change across retail, bridging technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience in managing projects from initiation to BAU.
• Ability to create project documentation and manage project plans.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving/escalating project risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
• Experience in delivering technical change, ideally across retail.
• Must be able to attend Head Office in Greater Manchester in a hybrid way.
