hirify.global is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to create and drive the visual language and user experience for our upcoming games.

What you will do

• Design and visualize user interface screens, transitions, animations, and VFX.
• Work closely with artists and designers to establish a consistent visual identity and language that supports the game experience.
• Work with tech artists and programmers to ensure UX/UI features are accurately and consistently represented in the game.
• Craft conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams with game designers to help solidify design direction.
• Establish and maintain documentation and style guides for all interactions.

Requirements

• Passion for Free-to-Play and mobile games.
• 5 + years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Shipped multiple high quality products as a UX/UI designer with Mobile F2P game experience.
• Visual design skills and experience working closely with artists.
• Familiarity with design for mobile space – understanding of device constraints, user context, interaction trends and conventions.
• Ability to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, iterative environment.

Nice to have

• Proficient in multiple design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Illustration skills to paint UI screens, frames, borders, icons, etc.
• Implementation of UI screens in Unity based projects
• Experience working in Agile development teams
