What you will do

• Drive timely collections and reduce aged debt.
• Produce weekly Top 30 debtor reports and monthly bad debt reporting.
• Support customer credit reviews and aged debt analysis.
• Process invoices, credit notes, cash and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer and contract data in NetSuite.
• Act as first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor OtC Associates and support their development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across OtC processes.

Requirements

• Senior experience in credit control or order to cash functions.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Credit Management qualification.
• NetSuite exposure.
• Audit support experience.
