What you will do

• Lead the full production lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Optimize production workflows, facilitating Scrum rituals.
• Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments and external partners.
• Strategically allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee internal and outsourced development efforts.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external publishers, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Mentor and develop junior producers, fostering a high-performance production culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Senior Producer, or similar role in game development.
• Shipped multiple successful titles with direct production oversight.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive accountability and inspire teams.
• Strong grasp of Agile and experience optimizing production workflows.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and make strategic resourcing decisions.
• Experience working with external publishers and handling partner relationships.
