What you will do

• Design, iterate, and optimise content based on user needs and content design best practices.
• Use evidence and insight from user research, analytics, and experimentation to shape content decisions.
• Partner closely with product designers to prototype, test, validate, and refine content across journeys.
• Contribute to and improve content standards, including the Content Style Guide and design system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously evolve your content approach.
• Explore how AI can support the full content lifecycle, from idea to delivery.

Requirements

• Proven UX experience, contributing meaningful content design value to shipped products and features.
• Strong UX and interaction sensibilities, including comfort with prototyping and testing content variations.
• Experience designing and analysing A/B tests for content and copy.
• A solid understanding of the finance and banking landscape, or the ability to quickly get up to speed.
• Model leadership within the UX function, guiding stakeholders and supporting junior team members.
