What you will do

• Build the content engine from zero, defining strategy and establishing a consistent brand voice.
• Create high-impact content for LinkedIn, the website, case studies, and sales enablement.
• Develop commercial messaging by translating product capabilities into customer-centric narratives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams (CS, Product, Sales) to gather insights and refine positioning.
• Experiment with distribution strategies and hooks to drive pipeline growth.
• Partner with the GTM motion to improve ICP clarity and outbound collateral.

Requirements

• Experience creating content within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong writing ability with a clear, direct, and commercially-minded style.
• Ability to take full ownership of a function and build processes from scratch.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid).
• Interest in gaming, consumer brands, or online communities is a plus.
