TL;DR
Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Leading a Federal Civilian sales team and driving revenue growth for cybersecurity solutions with an accent on understanding federal contracting processes and building executive relationships. Focus on identifying and executing account strategies, closing new business, and expanding revenue within the assigned US Federal Civilian region.
Location: Hybrid role, allowing remote and in-office work. Must be based in the USA, ideally residing in the greater Washington DC Region, including Arlington, VA.
Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year, plus commissions and equity grants.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of senior sales professionals within the Federal Civilian Sales team.
- Oversee personnel management, pipeline development, territory/account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Establish and maintain active relationships with key Federal Civilian decision-makers and industry partners.
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with target prospects.
- Capture and maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a team selling cybersecurity software to the Federal Government.
- Experience and understanding of Federal Government procurement processes, including GSA schedule and CDM.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
- Ability to build executive relationships and articulate product/business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work remotely and travel on short notice.
- BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.
