Account Manager Support (France): Managing and developing client accounts for a travel and spend management platform, ensuring client success and identifying upsell opportunities with an accent on building strong relationships and proactively offering tailored solutions. Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in-office, must be based within commuting distance of a hub in France). Relocation to France is supported.

What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong relationships.
- Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions for adoption and value.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, responding promptly to queries.
- Identify growth opportunities, coordinating upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and influence product development through client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Analytical thinker who thrives on continuous improvement and delivering customer value.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based within commuting distance of a hub in France (hybrid work model).
- English: B2 required.
