Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and growing a portfolio of large Enterprise clients for a cybersecurity awareness platform with an accent on retention and expansion opportunities. Location: On-site in Paris, France with up to 2 days per month remote work. Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris.
Salary: €70,000–€95,000 a year (80% base, 20% commission) plus competitive stock package.

What you will do
- Own the long-term success of approximately 20 Enterprise clients with a 50/50 split between retention and expansion.
- Play a key role in launching and structuring the Italian Mid-Market segment, defining processes and best practices.
- Drive client retention by building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring product adoption.
- Actively drive expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within your portfolio.
- Onboard and advise clients on product usage, focusing on value realization and growth potential.
- Lead strategic customer engagements and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to close deals.
Requirements
- Strong business and revenue mindset, comfortable with expansion and growth within your portfolio.
- Native in Italian, excited to help build and structure a new market.
- Professional proficiency in English or French.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar function within the tech industry.
- Experience working with Sales teams and influencing upsell/cross-sell motions in complex Enterprise environments.
- Successful track record of implementing and deploying solutions for large accounts.
