What you will do

• Contribute to scaling the company from €1m to €100m+ ARR.
• Bring structure and clarity to new problems with first-principles thinking.
• Get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar domains as a fast learner.
• Collaborate effectively with a low-ego, high-output approach.
• Work hands-on and be accountable, owning tasks end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-stack and own responsibilities end-to-end.
• Experience or desire to work in a high-impact, collaborative environment.
