What you will do

  • Orchestrate board-related time, meetings, and travel, including logistics and agenda design.
  • Protect board time by managing and prioritizing requests and topics.
  • Build trusted partnerships with executives and senior leaders.
  • Maintain structured board and leadership communication systems.
  • Design and refine governance and operating rhythms for efficiency.
  • Support and coordinate ad hoc projects and special initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or similar coordination, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Analytical and structural thinking to synthesize information.
  • Proactive and anticipatory, spotting needs ahead of time.
  • Business-minded and curious about the decision-making "why".
  • Strong ownership and sound judgment, with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Comfortable with modern tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Miro.

Nice to have

  • Ability to act as a light thought partner.
  • Interest in hirify.global products and AI's role in developer tools.
  • Other languages are a plus.
