What you will do

• Support procurement activities for technical satellite components, subsystems, equipment, and services across multiple programs and suppliers.
• Align technical and commercial requirements with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Program Management, and Finance.
• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers.
• Collect, structure, and compare supplier quotations to support selection decisions.
• Support purchase order creation and track orders through delivery, managing documentation flow.
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement documentation, and standardized templates.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail in data management, documentation, and process execution.
• Confident working with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring/analysis) and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to structure ambiguous inputs into clear outputs for decision-making.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, specifications, or engineering terminology is helpful.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• German is a strong plus for supplier communication and internal coordination.
