What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable services and components for high-traffic communication platforms.
• Write and maintain high-quality, well-tested code while driving engineering standards in security and performance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex features from technical design through production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous business problems into reusable technical solutions.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve product outcomes and developer productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural reviews to elevate the overall technical bar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Kotlin, GraphQL, grpc, and Spring boot.
• Strong experience building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and operational support.

• Hands-on experience with data-driven decision making and system metrics.
