Salary: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience

What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams to scope projects, reduce scope for faster customer feedback, and navigate integration/UX tradeoffs via cross-platform SDK.
• Optimize functionality for faster loading and intelligent parsing through efficient abstractions and algorithm improvements.
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

• Systems thinking with end-to-end design and value on simplicity.
• Ability to work quickly, generate ideas, and decide on shipping priorities.
• Focus and ability to engage or work heads-down in a high-growth remote team environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, marketers, and PMs.
• Preferred: Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience acceptable); GCP experience a plus.
