Salary: $249,000–$348,500

• Lead the architectural vision and design of complex, multi-domain software solutions for AI-powered loyalty offers.

• Integrate AI/ML solutions, including agentic systems and LLMs, into scalable and real-time production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed system architecture and complex multi-domain solutions.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products using LLMs and agentic systems.
• Deep knowledge of API development, event-driven architectures, and high-availability platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align teams without formal authority.

• Experience in loyalty, personalization, growth platforms, or fintech products.
• Proficiency in modern AI patterns like RAG, vector search, and prompt orchestration.
