What you will do

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of the Kiro Agent service.
• Translate real-world development challenges into specific product capabilities.
• Build and operate production systems using industry-leading CI/CD practices.
• Develop architectural decisions for how autonomous agents learn and maintain context.
• Balance innovation with operational excellence to meet AWS standards for scale and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.
