What you will do

• Direct performers in live recording sessions to ensure high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant audio data.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to performers to enhance delivery and achieve project standards.
• Supervise both scripted and improvised performances, focusing on clarity, energy, and authenticity.
• Collaborate closely with the studio team to maintain smooth workflows and troubleshoot issues during sessions.

Requirements

• Native or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in English and Portuguese Portugal.
• Background in public speaking, acting, or teaching is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and encourage performers, providing effective constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working in a professional studio environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail for culturally relevant performances.
• Availability for in-person recording sessions in London (minimum 6 to 8 hours per session).
