Salary: $136,000–$266,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal data products.
• Lead the development and enhancement of data products like pipelines, datasets, reports, APIs, and ML models.
• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to understand challenges and prioritize data solutions.
• Define metrics and KPIs for data product success and track data market trends.
• Build user-friendly documentation and onboarding materials to drive data product adoption.
• Own and drive agile processes for timely and high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on data products or platforms.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and modern data platforms (e.g., lakehouses).
• Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps, balance innovation with tech debt, and manage trade-offs.
• Expertise in identifying measurable outcomes, tracking metrics, and iteratively improving product impact.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
