Commercial Systems Analyst

Location: This role is hybrid and can be based from our HQ in Espoo, Finland or from our Ronsberg site in Germany, working 4 days per week from the office.

What you will do

• Drive advanced Salesforce design and adoption, including automation, improved workflows, dashboards, and pipeline management.
• Strengthen data quality, data structure, and reporting standards to enable reliable insights.
• Train, coach, and support sales teams to improve Salesforce adoption, data accuracy, and daily use of digital commercial tools.
• Prepare and validate customer data in Salesforce, manage survey invitations, and analyze results for actionable insights.
• Support the development and improvement of key commercial processes (e.g., opportunity management, pipeline quality, forecasting).
• Ensure consistent use of Salesforce processes and standards across markets and teams, generating insights to identify gaps in sales execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Commercial analyst experience gained in a similar, complex business environment.
• Very strong IT literacy, especially advanced Excel expertise, with a digital mindset.
• Strong team player with a positive, energetic, and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English (C1+).
