What you will do
- Track and interpret changes to federal and state tax laws and identify potential events.
- Create clear and concise explanations (ELPs) and draft sample client letters.
- Build and refine Excel queries to identify impacted taxpayers within CCH Axcess.
- Utilize CCH Axcess extensively for daily responsibilities and coordinate content loading.
- Support the development of new product features and Advisory Services content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and resolve content or process challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Certification or Enrolled Agent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Federal and state tax principles and legislation.
- Experience with CCH Axcess.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with electronic business and law research tools.
- Experience in publishing, editorial, or SaaS content creation.
- Familiarity with customer personas in the tax, accounting, or compliance sectors.
